Project Description
Davisville Junior Public School and Spectrum Alternative Senior School supports the community’s growing needs. The new three-storey complex includes a five-room Child Care for infants to pre-schoolers, competition-sized and community gymnasium, underground parking, green roof, and roof top playground.
Scope
- Site demolition and stripping of existing site grounds, removal of existing Davisville sidewalk
- Bulk excavation of proposed underground parking garage.
- Detailed excavation and backfill of strip footings and walls, piers, and lower mechanical sump pits.
- Cut/fill and site grading of new hardscape and softscape site features.
- Topsoil placement and final grading
