Project Description
Wallace Emerson Community Centre support the health and wellness of a diverse and growing neighborhood. The new park and public realm were designed to support the needs of both established and new residents with spaces that are highly inclusive and adaptable.
Our Scope
- Site demolition and stripping of existing site grounds, park features and tree removals
- Excavation of the new community centre building and field house
- Detailed excavation and backfill of new pools and basement area
- Cut/fill and site grading of new hardscape and softscape site features
- Installation of all new sewer and watermain services, including stormwater cistern tank and stormwater management system.
- Topsoil placement and final grading
