Project Description
Bloor Collegiate Institute and Alpha II Alternative School will help the growing community. The new build is a four-storey, 110,000 sq.ft. with lower level parking and a rooftop learning space.
Our Scope
- Site stripping and demolition of existing site and exterior city grounds, including sidewalks, feature walkways and parking lots
- Bulk excavation of proposed underground parking garage.
- Detailed excavation and backfill of caisson locations, strip footings and piers.
- Cut/fill and site grading of new hardscape and softscape site features.
- Topsoil placement and final grading
