Excavation
This service has been a Rockwell specialty since its inception. We pride ourselves in having the equipment, personnel and knowledge required to complete any excavation project, including the following tasks:

Earthwork
Rockwell has continued to expand their fleet of machinery and specialized equipment to offer earthwork services across all small to large development projects. We’re equipped with the machinery and expertise to tackle any type of land development project and exceed expectations. These type of services include:
- Topsoil stripping
- Cut/fill operations
- Site grading
- Upfilling and compaction
- Stockpiling and soil disposal
Rehabilitation
Rockwell has been able to work alongside municipalities and regions to rehabilitate aging infrastructure. As time goes on, rehabilitation of major sewer and watermain components owned by municipalities can potentially become a lifeblood of many companies.
Rockwell has diversified to also incorporate rehabilitation of such infrastructure. To date, Rockwell has been able to rehabilitate over 200 sewer manholes including the following
- Replacement of aging access rungs with FRP ladder and platforms
- Hydrophobic and/or hydrophilic grouting of joints to eliminate water infiltration
- Grouting and epoxy application of interior chimney
- Complete crystalline coating installation of entire manhole
- Reprofiling of benching
- Removal and replacement of frame and covers
- Complete removal and replacement of manhole with complete sewer bypass

Over the last few years, Rockwell has diversified and expanded their portfolio to now offer a host of services within the infrastructure market of sewer/watermain. Our areas of expertise now include:
