Project Description
The Burnhamthorpe Community Centre renovation and addition will meet the needs of the community and accommodate the growing demographics of the area. The project aims to improve the quality of leisure facilities and serve the community by implementing more accessible and environmentally friendly building standards.
Our Scope
- Site demolition and topsoil stripping. Removals of existing asphalt, concrete sidewalks, and concrete curbs
- Bulk excavation of deep basement mechanical rooms
- Detailed excavation of lap pool and recreational pools
- Detailed excavation and backfill of all exterior and interior footings, piers, and sump pits
- Installation of sewer and watermain site services and connections to existing mainlines.
- Installation of deep infiltration pits and site subdrains
- Excavation and upfilling compaction of new parking lot, sidewalks and feature walkways.
- Final site grading and topsoil placement.
