Project Description
Stouffville K-12 Multi-Use Facility, comprising Blessed Chiara Badano Catholic Elementary School and St. Katharine Drexel Catholic High School, is a comprehensive 3-storey complex. This facility spans 158,000 square feet and serves as a hub for education, child care, and sports. It features various specialized spaces, including automotive and wood workshops, science and biology labs, a triple gymnasium, as well as learning commons and a grand atrium for student gatherings. Exterior features include full size sports field and running track, secondary soccer pitches as well as extensive landscape spaces for learning actives.
Our Scope
- Site demolition and topsoil stripping in preparation for earthworks
- Cut/fill earthworks of entire site to subgrade elevations
- Detailed upfilling and compaction work of the building facility to proposed floor elevations.
- Installation of all subdrains in paved portions and soccer field to adequate site drainage
- Topsoil placement and final grading
