Project Description
The Tottenham Catholic Elementary School project involves developing a new school facility on Martin Trail with capacity for 516 students and a three‑room child care centre with 49 spaces. The work transforms a vacant site into a fully serviced school campus, including preparing the grounds, establishing required site conditions, and supporting the layout for the new building and associated amenities. The school is scheduled to open in 2026.
Scope
- Site demolition and stripping of existing site grounds, tree removals and clearing all existing vegetation
- Supply and install all ESC measures
- Detailed footing excavation and backfilling of new school building
- Earthworks rough grading of the site for all new paved and landscape areas.
- Installation of all storm, sanitary, and watermain lines and structures, including street connections to mainlines.
